How Do I Manage My Payment Methods?

You can update your card details, add a new payment method, or remove an old one directly from your Subscription settings.

All payments on Dynamic Mockups are processed securely through our billing provider.

Common Questions

🔹 Can I use multiple payment methods?

Only one active payment method can be stored at a time. You can update or replace it at any point.

🔹 Will updating my card affect my current subscription?

No, your plan will remain active. Your next charge will use the new payment method.

🔹 Is payment processing secure?

Yes, all transactions are securely processed by trusted billing provider.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 – Go to Subscription Settings

Log in at app.dynamicmockups.com, click your profile icon, and select Subscription from the menu.

Step 2 – Open Payment Methods

Scroll to the Payment Methods section and click to manage your stored card.

Step 3 – Add or Update Your Payment Method

  • To add a new card: enter your details and save.

  • To update your card: replace the existing one with new information.

  • To remove a card: select the delete/remove option (only possible if another valid method is added first).

You’ll receive confirmation once the change is saved.

Tips and Best Practices

  • Update your card before your renewal date to avoid failed payments

  • Use a company card if you need tax receipts or centralized billing

  • For large-scale use, ask us about invoicing options via Enterprise plans
