The first month of any subscription is non-refundable, as noted in our billing policy.

No. All refund requests are reviewed manually by our team.

Most cases are resolved within 2–5 business days after review. You'll receive confirmation once it's complete.
How to Request a Refund
Step 1 – Contact Support

Step 2 – Include Required Details
Please provide the following in your request:
Your account email
The charge you’re referring to
The reason for the refund
Any relevant context (e.g. duplicate charge, unused credits)
Step 3 – Wait for Review
Our support team will review your request and respond within our SLA:

Important Notes
Refunds for the first subscription month are not available.
Requests after the first month are evaluated case by case.
One-off credit purchases are generally non-refundable unless there’s a billing error.
