Overview
Mockup feedback allows you to flag mockups that don't meet quality expectations, helping us continuously improve AI results, templates, and overall mockup quality across Dynamic Mockups. Every report you submit contributes to better mockups for everyone.
What is Mockup Feedback?
Mockup feedback is a quality reporting mechanism that lets you flag mockups when something doesn't look right.
This includes:
AI-Generated Mockups
Unrealistic or distorted results
Poor product placement
Inconsistent lighting or shadows
Unnatural proportions
Library Mockups
Incorrect product positioning
Color rendering issues
Design placement problems
Visual artifacts or quality degradation
The purpose of this feature is to help us identify and fix quality issues so future mockups are more accurate and reliable across all use cases.
Why Should I Report a Mockup?
Reporting a mockup helps improve the platform for everyone. When something looks off, flagging it gives our team direct insight into real-world issues that may not surface during internal testing.
Your feedback helps us understand how mockups perform in real production use, across different products, designs, and scenarios. While we test extensively before releasing features, your real-world usage often reveals edge cases and quality issues we haven't encountered.
Benefits of reporting:
Identifies specific quality problems we can fix
Helps improve AI generation accuracy
Surfaces template issues across different design types
Enables us to prioritize improvements based on actual user needs
Contributes to better mockup quality for the entire community
How Do We Use Reported Feedback?
All reported mockups are reviewed manually by our internal team. Feedback is used to:
Improve AI Systems
Refine AI prompts and generation logic
Retrain models with better training data
Adjust generation parameters for specific product types
Fix Templates and Rendering
Update PSD mockup templates with quality issues
Adjust rendering and placement behavior
Fix color accuracy and visual consistency
Identify Patterns
Spot recurring quality issues across mockup types
Understand which scenarios need the most improvement
Prioritize future development based on real user needs
Does Reporting Affect My Account?
No. Reporting a mockup does not affect your account in any way.
Your account remains unchanged:
Credits are not reduced
Exports are not blocked
Access to features remains unchanged
No negative consequences of any kind
Reporting is purely a quality feedback mechanism designed to improve mockups, not restrict usage. We encourage you to report issues whenever you encounter them.
What Happens After I Submit a Report?
Once a mockup is reported, it's added to our internal review process.
Our team evaluates the issue and uses the feedback to improve AI outputs, templates, or rendering logic where needed.
Review Process:
Your report is logged with the mockup details
Our team manually reviews the flagged mockup
We identify the root cause of the quality issue
Improvements are implemented in AI models, templates, or rendering systems
Changes are deployed to benefit all users
While reports don't currently trigger direct responses to users, every submission contributes to ongoing improvements across Dynamic Mockups.
Your feedback directly influences which issues we prioritize and how we improve the platform.
Why This Matters
Dynamic Mockups is built for production use. Maintaining high-quality, realistic mockups at scale requires continuous feedback from real users working with real designs and real products.
The reality of production use:
You test mockups across more product types than we can internally
You use designs and artwork we've never seen
You discover edge cases in real-world workflows
You have higher quality standards for your specific use case
How to Report a Mockup
When you encounter a mockup that doesn't meet quality expectations:
Click the report button in the top right corner of the mockup (flag icon)
The mockup is automatically flagged for review
Continue with your work. Your workflow is not interrupted
That's it. We handle the rest, and your feedback contributes to platform-wide improvements.
